That’s right. One strong and healthy little life growing happily in a healthy sac of fluid. The pictures don’t show the heartbeat, of course, but we saw the little flicker very clearly on the screen, and when the ultrasonographer put the heartbeat on audio, mackerdoodle bobbed her head happily to the beat.
I also have an enormous cyst on my right ovary, which is further evidence of the miraculous nature of this little life. Of course, ovarian cysts come and go, but my right ovary is my GOOD one. A big old cyst on my good ovary is sign of progressing PCOS, not increasing fertility.
So we’re praising the Lord in this good news.
